Who is an owner/admin and a member, and what’s the difference between them?

An owner is a person who created a workspace for their organization and got a subscription for their teammates.

The owner/admin can:

  • Manage subscriptions.

  • Unsubscribe.

  • Update payment info.

  • Invite teammates to the workspace.

  • Activate and deactivate workspace members.

  • See the list of all campaigns in the workspace.

  • Assign and reassign managers to campaigns.

  • Run campaigns.

  • Communicate with influencers.

  • Create contracts.

A member is a person who has been invited to the workspace by an owner/admin. They can:

  • Create campaigns.

  • Run campaigns.

  • Communicate with influencers.

  • Create contracts with influencers.

The member can’t manage subscriptions, invite teammates, update payment info, or see other members’ campaigns like the owner.
